New & Improved Hardware Upgrade Program

As an existing Rogers customer you may need to replace your current phone for many reasons, including replacing a lost, stolen or damaged phone. Maybe you just want to get the latest phone.

Whatever your reason we are here to accommodate your needs. If it has been over a year since you got your last phone upgrade or signed up as a new Rogers customer you should be eligible for our Hardware Upgrade Program.

A Hardware Upgrade allows you to get a brand new phone at a heavily subsidized price as long as you extend your contract with Rogers for a period of 2 or 3 years from the day you get the upgrade. The price of the phone is based on the following items:

• The time that has elapsed since you got your last new phone with Rogers. The longer the period the cheaper the phone.
• Your average monthly dollar spend with Rogers. The more you spend the cheaper the phone. We understand that the more you use your phone the quicker it needs replacement.
• Your tenure with Rogers since you first signed on as a Customer. We want to reward your loyalty.
• Whether you are extending your contract by 2 or 3 years from the date of the new upgrade order. The longer the contract extension the cheaper the phone.

As each individual's tenure, monthly spend and time elapsed is different the prices for the phones will be different.
