Safe Shopping Guarantee ("Guarantee") in
order to demonstrate our strong commitment
to your safe shopping. This Guarantee applies
to the purchase of products and/or services
from any of the web sites (“Sites”)

Shopping with Amritech is absolutely safe
- you never have to worry about credit card
safety when you are shopping with us. We
guarantee that each purchase you make is
protected and safe. If fraudulent charges
are ever made, you will not have to pay

HOW WE MAKE SHOPPING SAFE
We use the latest encryption technology
to keep your personal information safe.
All your ordering information (including
your name, mailing address and credit card
number) is encrypted using a secure server
for maximum security. Your credit card and
billing information cannot be read as it
travels to our ordering system.
GUARANTEE DETAILS
In general, under federal law, you will
not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent
charges. In the unlikely event that you
are subject to fraudulent charges, remember
to first notify your credit card provider
in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures. If, for whatever reason, you
are held responsible for this amount, Amritech
will cover the entire liability, up to $50,
as long as the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of
your own from purchases made from one of
Amritech’s Sites while using our secure
server.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return the product within 30 days
of purchase or 30 minutes of talk time.
All returns must be sent back as described
in the documentation included with your
order to any Amritech retail outlets.
Pleas call us at 1 888 882 6888 to arrange
a return.
Return the item in its original packaging,
including all accessories and manuals.
On the satisfaction of the Amritech service
agent a refund will be made to your credit
card or debit card, as applicable. Please
note that original shipping charges, if
any, are non-refundable.
